iOS app is constantly missing data from previous months. Most notably data between 1st and 14th of the month. It's been happening for a lot of time through many updates and phone changes. Therefore I believe it is either API or storage issue on the server side. The data is available in workout records in the history so it is clearly still there.
Second issue is no distance logged at all.
Another HUGE issue for me is that when the app is open in background, it keeps the phone occupied and seriously affects WiFi performance because it keeps Bluetooth channel open. This leads to battery consumption and very slow WiFi connection. Immediately following force-close of Fitbit app the WiFi starts working again. Confirmed multiple times.

@KlimentToshkov Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the late reply.
Let me assist you with your Fitbit app and thank you for sharing the different screenshots. It is odd that this information isn't showing. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Regarding the wifi connection have you try turning it off while using the app and then turn it on to see if this affects the behavior? Make sure you have the app up to date. I also wanted to know if this has happened before or just recently started?
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro,
Thank you for advises. I have tried multiple times the proposed solution but it does not help. In fact I have switched a few iPhones and the behaviour is similar. Missing data for the first half of the month.
In regard to WiFi: I have tried disabling and reenabling WiFi with no visible change in performance. This is how I discovered that disabling Bluetooth immediately fixes the issues. Further tracking down the problem it was isolated to Fitbit App - when it is force closed, WiFi works fine (no delay in data loading).

@AlvaroFitbit Is it possible that the lag in WiFi is caused by "live connection" enabled between HR3 and Iphone? In regard to this, I have disabled "live connection" through the web site settings (none found in iOS app) but it does not affect HR3. Heart is still beating in the app regardless of the settings in website.
Please note that this issue renders the phone unusable in WiFi with Fitbit app running in background.
