Initially i had the same / similar issues as many here that my fitbit would show exact same counts but if go out/ in could sometimes get it to sort itself out. Then my steps would "show" in the fitbit app - yet they would not show in any apps i have connected to the Fitbit app - it was as if the cloud servers were not syncing. SO i linked my fitbit account with google, thinking that would help - it didn't. Finally, i attempted to follow the suggested steps about removing the app, close out bluetooth, re-install, etc...but when i get to the step about pairing my bluetooth device now i'm getting a message about Cannot Pair - the device is locked because of some reported warranty replacement (of which i'm about READY to do - but have not done so yet). It indicated if this is in error Contact Support. But no number or anythign to contact and when i tap the contact option it takes me to this group.
Any help would be appreciated but i'm seriously tempted to just go back to apple watch at this point since i've been out of sync on steps since 8/31 apparently.
