My One is not syncing on mini iPad.

This is the second time it's happened.  A couple weeks ago it went a week without syncing. Now it's gone 4 days. My pc hard drive crashed.  So have to use this iPad. Yes blue tooth is on. Why can't there be simple sync now icon

Hi @cindyp2, you can try these to resolve your Fitbit One's syncing issue using your iPad:

 

  • Make sure the Fitbit app is installed on a supported device. To check, visit http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
  • Make sure the software on your mobile device is updated. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
