My App has stopped responding. I've tried going to App Store to open from there but it will not open. I've tried deleting it. It will not delete. I've tried switching off IPhone and on again. No joy! Anything else I can try?

Hi @Tanya63

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

Hi @Tanya63 and welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would recommend:

1. Make sure that you are using version 2.24.1 of the Fitbit iOS App, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should get you back on track, but let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Hello,

I have tried this but it doesn't work. My app has stopped working. The app is grayish and every time I click on it, it says "waiting." I tried deleting the app but it will not delete. Please help! Is there anything else I can do??

Hi Derrick, You are talking to a technophobe! I have exactly the same issue as above. Greyish screen that says ' waiting'. I do have 2.24.1.
I have turned off IPhone several times. I have turned blue tooth on and off. Nothing!
