Hello @boatflag, you mentioned about experiencing the same issue, however I would like to ask you more details of what exactly is the issue with your iOS app and your tracker, or what symptoms is presenting?
In the meantime assuming that the problem is with the syncing process, you can try the help offered by @wmchapman mentioned on the previous post.
