Just bought my Fitbit Charger HR and have totally wasted about 8 hours trying to sync. I can't even get the time to show correctly and while sitting at the computer it manged to show 3000+ steps and 4 miles. I must be walking with my computer:) Really frustrated. Spent a lot of money for a piece of trash

@Tricia350 I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations, but I think I can definitely help you out. I'd recommend the following steps:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the "Replacing a tracker or adding another tracker..." instructions listed here to re-pair your tracker to your Fitbit account.
@Lisalisa23 If you click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner of the iOS App and click the Advanced Settings button, do you see the option to modify your time zone? Also please note that in order for any changes to take effect you also have to sync your tracker.
If you are having trouble syncing your tracker for some reason, I'd recommend the steps mentioned here.
Let me know if either of you need any additional help!
