Needing to Keep Logging in

My Fitbit software is loaded on my iPAD but I keep on having to log in, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day even when the Charge HR is in range of the iPAD. Does anyone know why and how to stop this?

Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS section since being a app related issue & increases the chance of getting a solution.
