This is a new Fitbit that's never been set up. I can't get my phone to recognize it...and yes it's turned on haha

Hello @Nicole8925, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Have you tried to restart it already? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging.
  2. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process.
  3. Make sure your phone has a strong WiFi signal or enough cellular data.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, give these instructions a couple of tries and if you still need assistance, please feel free to reply, I'll be happy to help. Smiley Wink
