Loathe is not quite the word, but I don't know a stronger one. Really dislike it also.

There are so many problems with this new layout. First- it’s not visually appealing and information about as handy as it was before. Second- I cannot acces the settings for my watch or see what devices are synced. Third- there doesn’t not appear to be access to third-party apps to sync like Strava it MyFitnessPal.  What the hell??? The app was made considerably worse.

Ive never seen an update to any app do quite the damage that this one has. How is someone supposed to manage their devices and related apps?

The problem with the suggestion board is that nothing ever happens. It’s been more than a year and after thousands of posts and comments indoor rowing still isn’t an option.

If the data isn’t easily readable and the devices are not app-accessible then maybe it’s time to switch to Garmin or Suunto.

Completely disappointed with Fitbit.

I loathe it as well on my iPhone. The "new layout" is confusing, requires too much scrolling and I can't find the two things I track easily- # of steps and how many hours I have 250 steps. Please put it back.

@Swimmerman @xdptoddx and @togetelaine. Welcome to the Community. I appreciate the details mentioned.

I've moved your posts to this board because it's more related to the topic.Your comments and feedback are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services and devices. All the options that the Fitbit app used to have are still there, you can still access to your devices' setting by doing the following:

- Go to the main page of your Fitbit app
- Tap on your profile picture
- Tap on your watch/tracker and you'll be able to change your settings

You can check your compatible apps by going to your Fitbit app > tap on your profile picture > scroll down until you see Discover and below that you'll see Compatible apps.

Regarding organizing your Fitbit app's tiles, you can add them, remove them or change them to your preference. Check this article to learn more about it.

In regards to our Feature Suggestion board, you can check our FAQs here

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I hate app. Couldn’t see current challenges without scrolling so I hid some of my activities and now I can’t get food and water back.

I can’t request new challenges. I even went to challenges and activity page and nothing shows up.

You refer to tiles and yet one of the problems is that the tiles have been removed.

There are no tiles.

Tiles are squares.

They have gone.

There are big fat white rows in their place that show far less detail instead.

Why hasn’t this disaster been fixed??
