No, I'm afraid not. Once we have changed to the new layout there is no option to go back.

Thank you for your response. Not sure if there is any complaints. But I
like the old layout.

I don’t like the new layout either!! If I delete the app will it revert back to the old layout?

Best Answer

@Robbosmum no, that won't work. There's not a lot of point in trying either as fitbit say:

"After you switch to the new app experience, you can no longer access the old Fitbit app design. Over the next few months, the old Fitbit app design won’t be available, and the new app experience will become permanent."

Best Answer

I tried that with no luck

Mine is doing the same thing. I’m getting a little fed up with it, honestly. I may put it away for a while.

Best Answer

Agree, completely regret agreeing to try the new dashboard. I miss the old layout and look. This one is just so blah.

Best Answer

So it’s just as easy, possibly even a better experience, to junk my Fitbit and get some other exercise tracker.  No problem: I don’t want to reward Firbit’s arrogance.

Best Answer

Do not like the new ‘Dashboard’ as it is no longer a dahsboard where you can see everything at once - it is now a list that you have to scroll. Preferred the ‘Tiles’ look - perhaps we could be offered the option of choosing that?

This is an ‘accepted solution’ when everyone is saying that they are not happy - and this issue is now ‘solved’ - I don’t think so! Come on Fitbit - fix it - please?

Best Answer

The thread has an accepted solution because the question has been answered. Q: "Can we go back?" A: "No". It may not be the answer you want but it is the answer.

Trying to get fitbit to change their mind is another thing entirely and a thread in the help community is not the place for that. The feature suggestion route is the best way of influencing the product development teams.

Best Answer

Thanks. I wish I could find the feature suggestion option!

Best Answer

The main page for the feature suggestions is at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/idb-p/features

I've not done a search but I'd be surprised if there isn't already a suggestion or two relating to this change.

Thanks - done

I found a “silver lining” with the new dashboard.  Since it’s not as user friendly as the old dashboard, I’ve turned off the Bluetooth feature on my iPhone, and now I’ve extended my battery life.
