New iPhone 13 deleted all historic data

Just got a new iPhone 13.  When I tried of connect it to my sense wristwatch it did so, but it also deleted several years of history.  How can I recover my historic information?

When your data seems missing, that usually means you logged into the phone app with a different email/Fitbit ID.  What you should do is log into the app with the same ID/email as you were using.  Did you create a new account, or did you ever have a different account that you might have logged into?

If you have login data saved in web browser so you can still get in without re-entering ID, look on fitbit.com dashboard to see if your data is still there.

Your data is all stored on Fitbit database by your Fitbit ID/email, not by the tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
