I tried to connect my charge HR with my Fitbit app but when I press the button "install now" it doesn't do anything. What can I do ?

Welcome to the Forums @Rocky9738. I recommend Restarting your Charge HR and after the restart process you can try the Setup Procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app or you can try from a Computer too.
