@Kat10 - I'm surprised to hear you're having issues with a Charge 2 on an iPhone 7s - I've got an iPhone 7 and sleep with a Charge 2, and I'm getting notifications on my Charge 2. I on iOS 12.1.2 (I just checked and 12.1.3 is available). I would've suggested rebooting your phone, but that would've happened during the update...
Are you sure notifications are enabled on your Charge 2?

@Kat10101 - That's very bizarre indeed. My Charge 2 isn't my primary Fitbit (I only wear it to sleep with), so I'm not sure I can be of much more assistance...
The only thing that comes to mind is (what might be) another "dumb" question... are you sure that, on your phone, in the Fitbit App, for your Charge 2 settings, under Notifications, that Text Messages are enabled?

I believe I have found the fix for Iphone X users, androids.. maybe same issue? Not sure, but if you have been a user without text notification for the past couple months, I have found the solution! Assuming you have all your notifications on your watch and phone on. The only thing I did was turned my "Notification Center" alert on. This can be found under Settings -_-> Notification ---> Messages ---> Alerts---> Notification Center on. I started to receive messages from my watch.
Hope this helps! ^-^

I received and set up my new Fitbit yesterday and have not been able to get any text notifications. Calendar and phone call notifications seem to be working. Is there a solution to this problem? Getting text notifications is one of the reasons I purchased a Fitbit. I will be requesting a refund if a solution is not reached.
