No notifications on Charge 2

Has anyone solved the notifications issue with the charge 2. I have tried all the tips for troubleshooting and still can’t get any notifications on my Fitbit.

I have reached out to them and they have not been helpful with anything new. My next step might be getting a different device that works with my iPhone.

It’s been 2 months since I last emailed. Still can’t receive notifications on my charge 2.

I have done all the updates and troubleshooting.

Thank you. I still am unable to get notifications on my Fitbit. The support team stated they are aware there is an issue but to date I have no solution

Just looked at my thread and I see it goes back to Oct. Seven months and still my issues persist. 
Are there any new updates to fix my lack of notifications? Help
