Not able to connect Whats App

Yesterday I received my versa 2. Everything is working correctly, and all is updated. Accept whats app notifications. In the list of app notifications I can choose all my apps, only whats app is not showing in the list.

I restarted my versa twice, and Connect it to my iPhone also twice. Switching the Bluetooth notifications on and of.. Nothing changed, still no whats app...
I am using iOS 13.5, Bluetooth notifications are switched on.

Restarting the Versa 2 will not help with settings on the Fitbit app.

Maybe a log out/in might, clearing cache might. Being an android boy, I'll move your iOS question to the ios board

Update: re installed the Fitbit app, unfortunately still the same problem with whats app.
