Hi, after last update my Versa has not been able to sync with my iPhone. Tried restart, factory reset, also restart phone, reset connections, remove and install app again. Also tried on different iPhone and android (8) phone. Nothing helps. Watch still stuck during pairing and app show “connecting Fitbit” and do nothing. My iPhone has 13.4.1 iOS. Is it possible to help me please? I am a bit sad because until now it works pretty fine.

I am having the same problem. I updated to iOS app version 3.20 and now my iPhone is not connected to my Versa. I have no data from exactly the time I updated the app. I should have known better than to trust a Fitbit update without checking these forums first. My phone and Versa don’t see each other on Bluetooth anymore.

Hi, My Versa now isn't pairing with my phone after the latest update. My phone is pairing with other Bluetooth devices. I've tried turning on/off, "forgetting" in bluetooth; uninstalling device on fitbit app & resetting it up; and still not able to pair. Please help so I can get text messages again on my Versa.
I have a Google Pixel 3XL, Android version 10 and Versa Fitbit Firmware version: 32.70.7.27

Having same issues with Versa 4 not pairing with iPhone 13. Under account settings& authorized devices in the Fitbit app, it kept showing iPhone 14. I have a 13. Reinstalled Fitbit app now I get unrecognized device. I have no problems with the iPad Pro. Along the way of trying to get things to work properly I no longer have the tiles like sleep. It should not be this infuriating. Ready to toss in the towel & get a different watch.
