Not able to turn on all day sync.

I have IPhone 6, and I have not been able to receive phone and text notifications on my Inspire.  I have updated to 3.18, reset my phone and reset my Inspire watch.  I have successfully paired my watch and phone.  My Fitbit app received my updated step count, however, when I tried to turn on all day sync, it says that I need to pair my phone and watch.

From FitBit support on February 20th, 2020 (part of a six email message thread on the issue) -

"We'd like to share that our specialize team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, and you will notice when this gets fixed when they find a solution."

This appears to have started with the change to the Bluetooth stack in iOS 13. I only noticed it later because my previous device (a Charge 3) was first paired under iOS 12.

I suspect if you look at the your phone's bluetooth settings you will notice that their is no "Information" icon (a circled "I") next to your FitBit device. iOS is apparently aware of the device, but does not have a clean pairing.

I receive pairing requests numerous times during the day.
