I’ve been wearing my Versa 2 for the past week but I still haven’t gotten a stress management score. I’ve made sure that both my app and Versa 2 are up to date on their software (and they are) and I clicked on the Learn More tab to see if I’m doing something wrong but I’m doing all the things required to be able to get a stress management score. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LuckyGamer907.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand your concern and recommend doing the following:
Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
Take at least 500 steps during the day.
Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
I also recommend restarting your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
For more information about stress management score, see How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Ok - I know this is months old but I’m having the same problem. But I had mine for over a year. No score. Then when it had issue I gotta NEW Versa 2. Still nothing. I think I read somewhere ages ago that there were known issues but I can no longer find that. Will this ever work?
