The past couple of days I have noticed the text message are not coming through on my iPhone - I have restarted my fitbit and have reinstalled my fitbit on my phone again but still nothing - any suggestions?

@Kookiekat, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help with your text notifications not working with your iPhone. You don't mention which device you have but you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi there, the text messages seem to be coming through. Sometimes they come through and sometimes they don’t.
