Good afternoon,
I have followed all the advice and reboot steps I could find. Yet no matter what I do, I still can’t receive text messages on my Vera. I can receive call fine and all notification settings are as they should be. The whole reason I bought this watch was to receive messages while I’m at work. Do I return or is there a different fix?

Thanks for letting me know about the text notifications not working on your Versa and thanks for verifying that the settings are correct. I understand your thoughts about this situation and I'll be here to help you out. Our team is aware about the notifications issues experienced by our members who updated to iOS 13. They're working hard on this matter and in the meantime I'd recommend to follow every step described in this thread which have worked for others.
