Not happy with the new Fitbit app

Worst change ever. Spent over an hour trying to get the thing to work yesterday! Then it finally opened and synced and spent 2 hrs trying to get it set up!!! The wheel no longer tracks how many calories I have left and the bars are all grouped so you can’t move them around to suit what I want to see. If this is what it’s going to be I will find a new platform and watch. The app is what set this apart from others. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Hello there, @Winterhartt. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion with us.  We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Please bear in mind there's no way to revert to the old Fitbit app version. Nevertheless, I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.

If you're having syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I fully agree.  Phone won’t sync now and layout is awful.

For me some features have stopped working. Clicking on some tiles means they won’t load, or won’t load straight away. Had real problems loading the Heart Rate Graph for example.
Exercises (like hikes) also aren’t tracking properly
The new app has launched far too early before they fixed the glitches

Probably best to post in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in this forum along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully all the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially.

Totally agree. Very disappointed in the new interface. It is user hostile. Please think about allowing us to roll back to the previous user interface. And I agree that this makes me less inclined to buy future Fitbit devices. I’ve been a happy user for many years till now. Who did you test these updates on?

:hundred_points: agree.  I too feel it would discourage me from upgrading to a new one with this upgraded unfriendly app.
My other concern is steps during the night are not accurately counted.
