I am unable to receive text notifications. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I have turned on notifications, updated software, changed setting to persistent. Any other suggestions. Is there a written step by step procedure to walk thru specifically for the this iPhone?

@LE19 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications from your iPhone. Try refreshing the link between your Fitbit device and your phone by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
