Help please! Since the iPhone update, I cannot receive texts on my watch. Phone calls come through, just not texts. I have done all suggested “fixes”with no luck. All notification settings are on in Bluetooth, and FitBit app. Help please! I haven’t had this very long and I’m very frustrated.

I have the same problem! I have been reaching out for months and just get a generic response. I call customer service today and they treated me like I was stupid and it was my fault it wasn’t working. I explained I tried all the suggested ways of “fixing” the issue. I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for the Fitbit since they don’t seem to want to fix it. I was told that wasn’t an options. When I asked for a manager They then put me on hold for 30 mins and proceeded to hang up on me. They seem to be turning into a scam.

I understand your frustration with not receiving your notifications at this time. As you may know notifications are currently an issue that the Fitbit Team are indeed working on. I have an Ionic and I’m having the same problems- I’m getting very frustrated ! I check everyday for updates and do the suggested things every morning - praying that “today” it will work !
