Not syncing in challenge

I am on a challenge and it has had me at the top with a star by my name with a +oo beside it from the start. Even when I only had 100 steps. I am not logging my steps manually and we are all in the same time zone. I have deleted my app and put it back on. What could be the problem?

@blpowers @Odyssey13 Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community. @blpowers According to what you mentioned, it seems that your challenges don't recognize when your tracker gets reset. I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit tracker by following @DW50's steps.

 

If this doesn't help, please set up your Fitbit Flex as a replacement device as @SunsetRunner stated here. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

I have the same problem with my zip.  What can I do that actually solves the problem?

Currently, the Fitbit app is experiencing a bug that is displaying an infinite sign instead of the correct amount of steps during a challenge. Our team is aware of this situation and is working towards a prompt and proper solution for it.
