@blpowers @Odyssey13 Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community. @blpowers According to what you mentioned, it seems that your challenges don't recognize when your tracker gets reset. I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit tracker by following @DW50's steps.
If this doesn't help, please set up your Fitbit Flex as a replacement device as @SunsetRunner stated here. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
