Upgraded to an iphone7 and the Fitbit charge hr is not recognizing the phone to sync. What do I do?

Allow me to help you @Upgraded! Your Fitbit Charge HR should totally sync to your iPhone 7 because it's listed as supported device. Please try this syncing troubleshoot.

I'm having trouble too. All day it can't recognize my device and is draining the battery of the device. I even uninstalled and reinstalled my device. Occasionally it works but won't consistently update. Its very frustrating

try uninstalling the fitbit app and then insrallung it again. There is an upgrade to the app when you reinstall the app.
