Not syncing

Why is firbit not replying to me? "Engineers are working on issue??" How do I get a replacement. Please help. It isn't syncing, like so many other users. I am not going to go around the house turning off all Bluetooth devices just so I can sync this thing!! That wasn't in the deal. i just want someone to contact me. No email reply from Fitbit and that was sent by me on Wednesday.

Hey there @Cosifit! I hope you're doing great! 

Let me help you out, I recommend you following these steps in order to get it synced up.

 

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, restart your tracker.
  • Try syncing with your computer.

If the issue persists you can also follow the great tips posted on this thread.

My fitbit will be 2 years old May 1, could it have died?

Keeps calories burned, water ect, just not steps

I received this as a birthday gift in November and I'm having trouble syncing. I tried the solution to fix it many times but it doesn't work and it is frustrating!!! HELP!!! What do I do next.

Hey there @cutie! Let me help you with your tracker. I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and keep an eye on it, this should solve the issue. 

 

It's great to see new faces around @Robongen! The first step I recommend is the restart as I mentioned before, if you're still unable to sync perform the Syncing Troubleshoot for iOS devices.
