@Nstehberger I'd recommend:

1. Charging your tracker to 100%.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.

5. Re-pair your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

I know that these instructions may sound a little redundant to @MaginB's post above, but I think that it should help you get back on track. Keep me posted!

I've tried all of these and now it won't even sync my Fitbit to the app and
all it keeps loading and trying to finish adding it.

I've tried all this.... The Fitbit was not syncing and was searching for a signal it couldn't find. I deleted the app and logged back in and now when I click "sync device" I doesn't even act like a pressed anything. When I got to my settings on my phone my Bluetooth is on but it doesn't show its paired to anything...it just keeps searching. I'm wearing my Fitbit. It's never done this before ever. I don't know what the problem is? Does the Fitbit one just stop transmitting to Bluetooth after a while or something?..

Restarted the Blaze three times and the iPhone 6 once and my sync problems were solved.  Thanks.
