@Mandy27hill I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup instructions mentioned here. This should get you back on track, but keep me posted if there's anything else that I can do to help!
@Eunice123 I'd recommend logging out of the Fitbit App, and then back in. If the problem persists afterwards, the tips mentioned here should help get your Charge HR syncing again. Keep me posted!
