If your tracker is not measuring your data and syncing properly, my first suggestion would be restarting it. This should remove any bug or unfinished process that might be affecting its funcionality.
If it's still not syncing properly, please restart your mobile phone, then turn off the Bluetooth on your for 15 seconds and turn it back again and try to sync one more time.
