I am having the same issue. Rebooted. Uninstalled the fitbit and reinstalled. Tried to force update the app. Still not working!

Our team has informed us that some users have experienced this situation with iOS devices. However, note that they are working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused.

So we now have this problem, along with the heart rate recording incorrectly during exercise since the last software update!! I’m starting to wonder what the point of having a fitbit is? Is it coincidence that since Fitbit became part of Google, there are IoS issues???

Seriously considering switching to a Whoop band!!

  • I am having the same issue- notifications not opening in mobile app i(iOS) and I cannot receive notifications. Please fix this glitch soon as I very much depend on the notifications!
