Notifications are not coming through, Blaze and iOS

I have a Blaze and iPhone 7 it was working last week but then took my fitbit off for a couple days and now can't get the messages or phone notifications to come through. I shut it and my phone off, disconnected the blaze from blue tooth and repaired the phone and blaze and still nothing. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

@Darrin21  Make sure that notifications are "ON" for the Blaze itself.  You can check by swiping down from the top of the screen on the Blaze.  Mine has inadvertently been turned off by my granddaughter. Smiley Happy

yes this can easily happen. I have had it happen when rinsing mine off after running and it can be a big pain. The other thing to do is remove the fitbit app from the phone and reinstall it and re-pair the tracker to the phone

Hello @Darrin21, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!, it's always great to see you around too @Kmransom123 and @mvan231Smiley Happy

@Darrin21, Adding to @Kmransom123 recommendation, in case Notifications are ON in the tracker and you're still unable to receive them, please try the following:

  1. Restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your tracker > Notifications and set them up once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give this a try and in case you need anything else, please keep me posted! Smiley Wink
