Hi, suddenly I don’t receive any notifications of what’s app or e-mail I receive.

anybody knows how to solve this problem? Hope so and thanks!

Let me help you with your notifications. Which Fitbit device do you have? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi Alvarofitbit,
Thanks for your reply. I have a beautiful change3 fitbit which is really great for me, except the fact that it doesnot give a buzz anymore when I receive a what’s app or e-mail.

I have tried to reset but alas, it didn’t work.

Hope you can help me with this problem.
