Why can’t I set up the app using my fingerprint on my iPhone 8?

Hi @Jorje. While I agree that the “fingerprint to open” ability on the the iPhone is nice and convenient, the Fitbit app for IOS is set up to open with a password. It’s possible to save that password so you do not have to enter it each time, but that is how the app is set up.
You can always go to the New Feature Suggestion Forum and post your idea there where others may vote for it. It’s a good idea. If you reply with a link to the suggestion you posted, I’ll vote for it!
