Hi I've gave my Fitbit charge hr to my Mam and trying to set it up on her phone but her phone can't find the Fitbit it's a Fitbit charge hr and she has a iPhone 6 I've deleted it of my phone and restarted Fitbit but her phone still can't find it any help would be great full thank you

Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker).
