Previous Posts from Community Feed Are Missing From Profile

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

As of the last few weeks all of my previous posts have disappeared from my profile. When I click on my profile there is a message at the bottom stating  that I have no posts yet. I’ve had the past few years of workouts recorded and can’t seem to get them back. I’ve updated both my phone, FitBit, and the app. Also I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Hi @Ashrugh  posts on the forum, that's what you mean? Sometimes posts are moved or deleted, as this is a huge forum with many years of content. Your recorded workouts wouldn't be here.

Hi @Ashrugh welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank you for sharing this information and the screenshot of your Fitbit account. Thank you for jumping in @Odyssey13

Would you mind trying the following steps:

  1. Force close the Fitbit app and restart your phone
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app for a moment
  3. Confirm that Fitbit app is up to date
  4. Confirm that you can keep posting on Community Feed on the Fitbit app

I'll be waiting for your reply.

I have logged out, restarted, and even reinstalled the app several times now. I can post onto community, and see notifications of my posts but cant see any of my own posts still on my profile. I attached a photo of my most recent post, that I can see through notifications.
