Did you mean:

Previous water log units changed to oz

Yes, the update apparently fixed the input issue....and simultaneously erased every past water amount I had entered daily, going back to December 2023. The new system apparently interpreted the old amounts I had entered as 1 oz each, so a 2-water bottle day is now a 2-oz day.

Seriously what the heck.

@LizzyFitbit I have the same issue. With new update 10+ years of water logging data has disappeared. How does this get resolved?

I am also having the same issue. Has there been any resolution yet?

This is directed to LizzyFitbit:

So today is 4/11/25 and my history is full of erroneous information and my fluid ounces is no longer logging correctly since the last update.  When will this issue be fixed and will my historical water logging over the several years be restored to what it was before this mess?!  I posted in the community comments for Versa 4 along with a screenshot of my water log history as well.

Any update on this?
It’s incredibly annoying.

I have heard nothing/nor seen nothing that remedies the situation.

@LizzyFitbit any word on this?  Just was curious.  Thank you!

Nothing from Fitbit folks… I plan to call them later today after I’m through mowing. And yes, past annoying and the non-responsiveness from Fitbit just makes it that much more irritating.

Is there an update on this? My logs before the update are all still wrong and I’ve gotten no response from my requests for assistance.

As of 4/15/25 this has not been resolved. The update wiped out YEARS of water intake. Is there any real help on the horizon or do I need to manually go back and resolve this or just, finally, reluctantly, admit we're breaking up, and that is really is you, not me.

Same issue here. The past couple years since I started during COVID are all mucked up for water, showing all my daily entries as 1-4 oz when it should be 32 to 128 oz.

iOS 18.3.2 on an iPhone 11, app version 4.40 (44033005) is the full number I see for Fitbit.
I use a Versa watch.

Hoping this gets resolved asap, starting to feel like I can’t trust these records if it’s just gonna get mutilated in an update like this.
