I’ve been having problems (just like so many others right now) with receiving notifications on my versa. After the iOS 13 update I stopped getting calls and texts, I can see calls coming in now but still have a problem with the texts. They do show up but only when I manually check my notifications on the watch. Does anyone else have this problem?
I’ve checked my settings, updated the app, re-paired the watch etc...

@H4rL3yQu1nn Are you on iOS13? You can also attempt this (sometimes needs to be done several times):
- Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
- Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
- Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app
- Reboot your Versa
- Login to Fitbit mobile app
- Grant all permissions incl pairing
- Make sure Fitbit Notifications are enabled in your phone Settings. If they are switch them off, sync, switch them back ON, and sync again.
If nothing helps, I am afraid we will need to wait for Fitbit mobile app update.

@Daniella1 it's due to iOS 13 bluetooth changes. This will get addressed with the Fitbit mobile app update. For now, please try this:
- Update the Fitbit app.
- Tap the Settings app on your iPhone > Bluetooth.
- Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
- Turn on Share System Notifications.
- Tap Settings in the top-left to return to the Settings page > Notifications.
- For Phone and Calendar, make sure Allow Notifications and Notification Center are on.
- For Messages, make sure Allow Notifications is on, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on, and Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.

I have tried that several times and still did not work. Hopefully they will have an update soon to fix the issue. It is very frustrating

@H4rL3yQu1nn I can only imagine. I wish Apple simply had let the Devs know that they would introduce the changes like it's normally done... 😞 Let's hope for a quick patch...
