I'm sorry to hear you were having problems logging your food in the Fitbit app 😕
Are you still having problems with this? I'm not aware of any official report of something like this happening, so you could try logging out of the app and logging back in and see if that makes any difference.
Try it out and let me know how it goes. Anything else, I'm here to help!
