Problems logging into mobile app

My original problem was with syncing but in trying to resolve that I've now been locked out of my mobile app! I've reset my password via the website but when I use the same details on the mobile app it says 'please check that your email and password are correct'- I've checked!
Any suggestions as to how I can get back into my mobile app so I can continue fixing the initial problem??

Moved this thread to the iOS app section since being a app related issue & increases the chance of getting a solution.

 

Make certain the latest Fitbit App version is installed. Feel free to restart the phone, if using mobile internet, try using WiFi.. or the other way.. Cat Embarassed
