Welcome to the Community @Kelli_brown. If you are having syncing problems, do the following from your iOS Fitbit app, if you already did a step, do it again:
- Restart your tracker
- Check that Bluetooth has been enabled
- After your tracker has been restarted, reboot your iOS device and then open the Fitbit app to initiate a sync.
- If you're still having trouble, set up your tracker as a new device
- Check if your app is up to date.
- Attempt a force sync, tap the button next to Sync Now. This will load the latest data from your tracker to the Fitbit app and Fitbit.com Dashboard.
