Why is it that only android can reply to messages on their Fitbit but not iPhone users??? I think this needs to be changed. I wasn’t aware of this issue when I brought the verse 3 and if I had known I wouldn’t have brought it. Will there be an update soon so that iPhone users can reply to messages?

Hi @Lamara the information is on the Fitbit Store site that it's Android only for the text replies. No way of knowing when that will change for iOS users.

@Lamara depending on where you purchased it, there is a return policy. From Fitbit directly, it's 45 days. Often during the Christmas holiday season, the return policy is extended for some retailers.
