Did you mean:

Receiving notifications without spaces between words.

Recently, when my wife texts me, I see the notification as all one long word with no spaces. Thisisreallyannoyingbeccauseyouhavetotrytoreaditasitscrolls.

We both have iPhone 7's and the latest iOS. It seems to have started recently and I know there was a minor iOS update that just happened in the last few weeks.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @Baltoscott and @Odyssey13, thanks for all your help.

@SunsetRunner, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Would it be possible for you to reply to this thread with a picture of your tracker when you receive these notifications? That will be very helpful for me to check this further. In the meantime, please restart your Fitbit device and check if this happens again.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hi @SunsetRunner

Your posts were merged into one thread and put into the iOS forum area in order to get a more relevant response.

Might be someone has the same thing going on and will post here.

Hi @SunsetRunner k— what device are you using?  I have not noticed this on my CH2.  Versa seems fine too, but in that case messages are saved and don’t scroll/disappear like they do on Charget H2, CH2, and the Altas.

In any event, I would suggested restarting the devices.
