Recoup last month’s data

Found out that my steps haven’t been syncing to my employer for my benefits for two months.  My iphone’s native app shows many thousands of steps, miles daily in many  cases, yet the repaired MobileTrack only seems to have sent the last few days of data.  The Fitbit app doesn’t show them either.  How can I make it go back and pick up the steps from my iPhone?

@Trac1B, welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your missing activity from your iPhone sensors. Since there wasn't a sync for a long period then this information wasn't transferred to your Fitbit account. I suggest you open the app frequently (at least once a day) to sync your data. You can manually log your activity to have a record on your account although this information may not be transferred to the third party app/account.

I also moved your post to the correct account.

Let me know how it goes.
