Recover map route after app froze

Hello

My fitbit app froze and I turned off my phone and it just wouldn't work so I uninstall it and install it back. My map was working before I turned it off I know because I checked, but now I can only see the# of km but the map wasn't generate it 😞 please if there is a way I can recover it let me know
