Resolved: Friends leaderboard not updating/updating slowly

I'm having the same problem. Everything is syncing in but my 7 days step board is not updating right away. It will eventually (so far) but it takes a day and sometimes 2 days. Frustrating!!!

Plug your fitbit in - Then press the small button on the charging cable - the button is located on the end that is plugged inPress 3 times within a few seconds and then unplug

Who is this Annie person? I’ve tried ALL these for my phone and it doesn’t work, but it doesn’t matter because it’s not a phone issue for me. Also not updating on my dashboard in my laptop. Nothing works.

I've had no contact from Fitbit at all. I just turned on the Bluetooth this morning and it was updated to include the past few days steps and then I walked today and synced it and it updated my weekly steps again. I haven't actually done anything different to it today

The food log isn’t working on my ios app as of Thursday morning 7/12 what ever you login it either changes the item or deletes it completely

Issue seems to be resolved for me. Its now working. Im on an apple SE.

Mine is syncing for some friends but not all. It is also not updating with the same frequency as before. It is hours before I see updsyes.
