First off, thanks for taking the time to report this issue. Secondly, I can assure you that our team is currently investigating the root cause of this issue and will be hard at work to get a fix out as quickly as possible to get you all back on track. I will receive an update from them and will make sure to keep you all in the loop.
Thanks for your help with reporting this and for your continued patience. More to come!
Hi no it's not just you! There seem to be many others with the same or similar problems. All I can say is I fully charged mine via the computer and reset as advised. So far it's on a medium which is so much better than a daily charge. Will wait to see how long it is before all power has gone.
Thanks. I charged again, reset as suggested, and turned off all-day sync. I hope that makes a difference.
Best AnswerI have same problem with my fitbit one. Contacted Fitbit on their chat line and they gave me a whole lot of things to check. When I persisted They finally admitted the problem with the IOS update. Not very honest I am not impresessed. I suggested they should email all users to advise them about the issue and when it will be fixed. They said they couldn't do that as it bombards users with email. Don't remember that stopping marketing junk mail!
An honest approach admitting problems gives a business a much better image. As far as I am concerned Fitbit has just destroyed its credibility and image.
Glad I found this thread. Turned off all day sync and battery is back to full. Seems to be operating fine it was getting a bit expensive replacing batteries so often.
Best AnswerHave you tried starting all over from the beginning? (I guess it won't hurt and I feel your frustration)
Best AnswerIt worked!! I turned off all-day sync and the battery stopped draining; it's still at full charge from this morning.
Best AnswerMy family, all 4 of us, are having serious battery issues with our Zips. Fitbit, please fix this problem as we are extremely dissatisfied with the issue. We need an update.
