i removed my Versa 2 watch from my account without disabling the passcode which i forgot, now I’m unable to pair it again or to change or reset the factory setting. Would appreciate to get an advice. Thank you

If the Versa 2 was still connected to your Fitbit account it takes less than 15 seconds to reset.
We will have to do a factory reset the hard way.
The pin lock is best if only set for Fitbit pay.
- Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo disappears:
- Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
- Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
