I have two iPhone 10. One with an Italian SIM and another with a US SIM. I downloaded the app on the US phone (I live mainly in Italy) and while I can see all my info, the iPhone doesn't recognize the FitBit. I am leaving for the US next month and want to use my FitBit while I am there. What do you think the problem may be?
Thanks

Hello and welcome @DFV1950
I understand your trying to sync your Fitbit Tracker to two iPhone 10’s. There could be a conflict with the Fitbit trying to sync with two phones. Try turning off one Bluetooth and try to sync again and see it that resolves your issue. I’m also concerned that the iPhone 10 is not compatible with the Fitbit App. You can see the list of compatible devices here and I’m not finding iPhone 10 on that list. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
Because it’s not compatible that may be the issue as well.
Although I sure it will be frustrating to see your phone is not compatible but would you please let me know if I provided the “best answer” possible to your question by tapping the “best answer” box under my post.

@DFV1950 and @SunsetRunner The iPhone 10 is on the compatible list, listed as the iPhone X. I also suspect a Bluetooth issue, if you have one phone set to receive Notifications. When you set your phone to receive Notifications, the Bluetooth bond is very tight and the Fitbit won't sync to other devices. This may be just a different way of saying what @SunsetRunner said, but turn your Notifications to Off. Also the two phones should be 10-15 feet apart to prevent general Bluetooth interference.
