I cannot see my friend’s steps and stats on my iphone. It says I need Flash, which is not supported. Is there another app I can use to make it work?  Will Fitbit fix this?

@Rustiqueantique  Fitbit continues to use Flash on certain pages.  It is Apple's decision not to support Flash, but Fitbit's decision to continue to use it.  Please vote for this Feature Suggestion .  The good news is that is is listed as Under Consideration.

Until then, it seems like your only option is to find/use a device that supports Flash.

Welcome to the Forums @Rustiqueantique. Thanks for coming in to help @LZeeW.

@Rustiqueantique Please do support the suggestion shared by @LZeeW. You can read more about the way the Feature Suggestions board works by reading the FAQ.

In the meantime, perhaps you could download the Fitbit app to your iPhone. There, you should be able to see your friends leaderboard and the steps.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have the Fitbit app. There is no way to see my friend’s daily steps on a mobile device without Flash Player

We used to have a Jawbone UP and we had no problem seeing each other’s stats.

FitBit should be able to interface with Apple mobile devices.

Hey @Rustiqueantique.

I'd like to take a closer look at what you are getting on the Fitbit app. Could you take a screen shot of what you are seeing and then post it in here? The friends' details should show up on the screen.

Let me know if you have any further questions in the meantime.

This is all I see on my iPhone.  No daily stats for my friend. This is all she sees of mine as well. Please advise.

Hey @Rustiqueantique.

Thanks for sharing that picture.

In this case the app works this way. This is all the information that will show up in the app itself.  In regards to Flash, that would only apply for the web version of the Dashboard.

Could you let me know what is the phone that you are using to check on this? I'd like to move your posts to the appropriate board.

Thanks for reaching back @Rustiqueantique.

Thanks for letting me know.

I have moved you post to the iOS board as I think it is much better suited for it.

Having said that, that is the way the friend's profile shows up on the Fitbit app. It is not possible to see the daily steps from there.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
